QUALITY POLICY
The Directors of Lift Cert Ltd are committed to providing their customers with a service which will ensure fair, impartial, accurate and independent assessment of their application in full accordance with the requirements of registration for relevant management systems in accordance with BS EN ISO/IEC 17021-1: 2015, BS EN ISO/IEC 17065:2012 and National Implementation of the Lifts Directive 2014/33/EU and the National Implementation of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008. This commitment also applies to all testing activities where all relevant requirements of EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017 will be complied with.
Continual review and analysis of Lift Cert Ltd activities will be made to ensure further improvements are implemented. These improvements will be proposed and considered at regular Management Review meetings.
The quality objectives are reviewed and targets set at regular Management Review Meetings and the minutes are distributed to all relevant personnel both full and part time within the organisation. Progress towards targets set will be identified at Management Review Meetings and communicated to all relevant employees.
All employees and sub-contractors/associates are required to be fully committed to the Quality System and their part in ensuring the customer's needs are met or exceeded and that the statutory requirements upon a Notified Body are complied with fully. This will be achieved by adhering to the Quality Procedures and any project specific instructions given.
All employees and sub-contractors/associates are required to sign a Confidentiality & Disclosure Declaration Form and comply with the requirements.
This Quality Policy will itself be subject to regular review at Management Review Meetings to ensure it remains relevant and effective.
